Lecture with the World bank executive director

Our Faculty had the honor of hosting Eugene Rhuggenaath, Executive Director of the Dutch-Belgian Constituency at the World Bank Group ????️, of which Montenegro is a member ????????, who delivered a lecture on "The World Bank Group, Montenegro and Small States." ????

Students and professors had the opportunity to hear firsthand about: ???? The World Bank's new Small States Strategy and sustainable job creation ???? ???? Montenegro's economic context, the importance of fiscal discipline, and the green transition ???????? ???? The current portfolio of 8 projects worth USD 217.85 million in our country ????????

???? Key takeaway from the lecture: The success of small economies depends on strong institutions, efficient implementation of reforms, and smart utilization of the potential offered by EU integration! ????????✨

We would like to thank Mr. Rhuggenaath for an inspiring presentation and an open discussion with our students.
